Kent Schools’ U15 VIIs
This competition, run for around 40 years, will take place on
Thursday 29th February 2024
at
Gravesend Grammar School & Gravesend Rugby Club
Entry fee: £25
The separate tournament for schools developing rugby in the curriculum will continue.
Competition Format (Established Schools)

20 teams in 4 groups.

Squads of 12 with rolling subs.

Groups: Each team will play all others in their group, enabling a league result. We have the option of (a) top 2 teams in groups going into quarter finals or (b) top team in groups going into semi-finals.

Registration at 9.15 am with the competition completed by approx. 4 pm.
Generally, the first 20 teams to apply, with their entry fee, will be accepted, although priority will be given to those who entered last year, until 7th December. Subsequent applications will be placed on a reserve/waiting list in order of receipt.

League system: Each team plays 7 games. Perhaps a play off (top two in league).

Registration at 9.15 am with the competition completed by approx. 4 pm.
The first 8 teams to apply, with their entry fee, will be accepted. Subsequent applications will be placed on a reserve/waiting list in order of receipt.
Closing date for entries, together with payment, is 16th January
